I was excited to host the first installment of the Stylemindchic Style Sessions here in my local community of Chico, California, a couple of weeks ago. The idea came from requests from several colleagues and friends who had given me the compliment of asking me to take them shopping sometime. As we all know, get a group of women together, throw in some shopping and styling, Thai food for dinner and a splash of champagne...and you have the makings for a bubbly & delightful evening.
I partnered with TJMaxx to create a special event for these special educators/ fashionistas and Lynn Bakke, Operations Manager at TJMaxx, was a fantastic resource. TJMaxx threw in a $25.00 gift card for one of our shoppers to win in a raffle. It was perfect!

In Preparation for our Style Session I asked the ladies to think about their personal color story
and what items they needed to refresh their look by checking out this post:
I also created a style board with some of my favorite fall essentials below.

What a fun event Heather and I love your style board!
Hi Leslie! Thank you-it was such fun to plan a night to honor such fantastic women. This week happens to be the week of the Special Educator so I think it's fitting to celebrate them just now.
Hope your holidays are magical so far. Enjoy!
Cheers, xx Heather
